A Different Kind of Costco
Costco offers two options for order delivery based on the items in your cart and your preferred delivery timing:
- Local Delivery through Costcobusinesscentre.ca
- Same-Day Delivery through Sameday.Costcobusinesscentre.ca
- Due to limited delivery capacity, the deliveries will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. If deliveries exceed capacity on the date you selected, Costco Business Centre may, at its discretion, make an exception to this rule and cancel your order to give preference to commercially zoned addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- We cannot deliver to apartments or condominium buildings. Within multi-floor buildings, an elevator must be accessible for delivery.
- No parking restrictions or hours of operation can impede our ability to deliver between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Because we use hand trucks and pallet jacks for deliveries, we require that all delivery areas be at least 1.5 m (5 feet) wide to allow enough space for this equipment.
- We can only deliver an order to one central location.
- We cannot hand-carry delivery orders up or down stairs.
- We cannot stock shelves or rotate merchandise.
Commercial Appliances:
- Your item(s) will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
- Your item(s) will be delivered either curb-side or to your loading dock.
In the local delivery zone referenced above, orders of less than $250 before taxes and fees will be charged a $25 delivery surcharge. Please be aware that there may be a redelivery charge of up to $25 if we arrive at your business with a delivery and no one is there to receive the order.
A valid Costco membership is required. If paying by cheque, the name on the cheque must match the name on the Costco membership.
Same-Day delivery through Sameday.costcobusinesscentre.ca
Same-Day delivery through Sameday.costcobusinesscentre.ca is powered by Instacart and offers delivery in as fast as one hour or scheduled up to five days in advance. Shop the Costco Business Centre catalogue online, choose a delivery window that works for you, and an Instacart shopper will pick and deliver your order directly to your door. Delivery is available to all address types, including apartments and condominiums.
Same-Day offers business-grade tools to place and manage orders for your business or organization - making buying for your business even easier. These tools include inviting team members, designating permissions (admin, approver, buyer), setting spend limits, creating order guides, adding custom fields at checkout (e.g., Department 12), and downloading reports with purchase history. Eligible Items: Most items available at Costco Business Centres are eligible for Same-Day delivery, including fresh foods, refrigerated and frozen goods, home goods, cleaning supplies, and electronics. Pricing: The order minimum is $35. A valid Costco membership is required to place an order. Executive members receive a $10 monthly credit on orders over $150 (terms & conditions apply). New to Same-Day members are also eligible for a $25 first-order discount on Same-Day when you spend $200+ (terms & conditions apply).
