• Free Plant Sterols [Glycine max (seed), Brassica napus (whole), Zea mays (whole), Helianthus annuus (seed)] (80% combined beta-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol) 370 mg
• Coenzyme Q10 (microorganism) 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients :

• Softgel capsule (gelatin [bovine] glycerin, pectin, sorbitol, purified water)
• Soybean oil
• Lecithin
• Yellow beeswax
• Tocopherols.

Directions (Dosage) :

Adults

• 2 softgels daily with food or as directed by a physician.
• Reduce serum triglycerides:
  • 5 softgels daily with food or as directed by a physician
• Migraine prophylaxis:
  • 2 softgels 2–3 times daily with food or as directed by a physician.
• Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
