Members can shop at Costco Business Centre or order online and have products delivered to their business address within the local delivery zone.     Delivery and Shipping Details

    Local Delivery Zone: Businesses located within a designated radius of the Scarborough Costco Business Centre are eligible for next-business-day delivery from our Costco fleet. The delivery area is defined by postal codes. To determine if your business is eligible for delivery, click “Set Delivery Postal Code,” at the top left above the Costco Business Centre logo.

    In the local delivery zone referenced above, orders of less than $250 before taxes and fees will be charged a $25 delivery surcharge. Please be aware that there may be a redelivery charge of up to $25 if we arrive at your business with a delivery and no one is there to receive the order.

    Order Hours

    Order online at your convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additional assistance is available from Member Service at 1-866-455-1846. Representatives are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

    Changes and Cancellations

    If you must change or cancel an order, please contact Member Service immediately at 1-866-455-1846 so that we may correct the issue before delivery. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

    Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a Costco Member Service Representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our website.

    As an added security measure, you are required to enter your credit card CVV code for every transaction.

    Cheques are accepted for delivery orders in the local delivery zone. If paying with a cheque, the name on the cheque must match the name on the Costco membership. Please make cheques payable to Costco Business Centre. Cheques will be collected by the delivery driver. Our drivers do not accept cash.

    Pricing

    Walk-in: Most items on this website are also available for purchase by walk-in at Costco Business Centres. Walk-in items purchased at Costco Business Centres have our lowest possible price.

    Delivery: All prices listed on this website are “delivered prices” from Costco Business Centre, which include a nominal markup over the walk-in price to cover the costs associated with delivery. There is no minimum order requirement.

    Merchandise can only be delivered to businesses within the designated delivery area. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Price changes, if any, will be reflected on your order confirmation.

    Sales Tax

    In accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, we are required to charge GST/HST and provincial sales tax. Costco does not benefit from the collection of salestax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction. As a general rule, the applicable sales tax is determined by the province of delivery. The GST and provincial sales tax or HST will be calculated on taxable merchandise and services. The taxes are applicable to taxable merchandise and services delivered in Canada.

    Membership: We will refund your membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied.

    Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund, subject to certain product restrictions.

    All Costco Business Centre items can be returned at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide.

    In the local delivery zone, business delivery products can be returned or exchanged upon delivery of your next order. Please have the products ready when the driver arrives. Costco Business Centre Canada will not accept certain item returns due to Costco facility related differences and/or laws or bylaws. These include but are not limited to:

    • Collectibles, showcase items, jewellery and watches
    • Tires
    • Automotive batteries
    • Propane or any gas/fuel-based tanks
    • Any used seasonal item that requires fuel (eg. lawn mowers, trimmers, generators, snow blowers, etc.)
    • Any OTC (over-the-counter) supplements not sold at Costco Wholesale Business Centre, pain relievers or prescription items
    • Prescription eyewear
    • Hearing aids
    • Special order or installation items not carried by Costco Wholesale Business Centres
    • Processed photos, film, plaquing, etc., handled by Costco Wholesale Photo Centres

    Members wishing to exchange items not offered at the Business Centre, such as clothing, accessories, electronics and media (books, CDs and DVDs), should go to their local Costco warehouse.

    Delivery Requirements

    Local Delivery Zone: The following requirements apply to receive delivery of your order from our Costco fleet:

    • A valid Costco membership is required. If paying by cheque, the name on the cheque must match the name on the Costco membership.
    • We only deliver to businesses located in areas zoned business/commercial.
    • No parking restrictions or hours of operation can impede our ability to deliver between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
    • Due to the need to use hand trucks and pallet jacks for deliveries, we require that all delivery areas be at least 1.5 m (5 feet) wide to allow enough space for this equipment.
    • Within multi-floor buildings, an elevator must be accessible for deliveries.
    • We can only deliver an order to one central location.
    • We cannot hand-carry delivery orders up or down stairs.
    • We cannot stock shelves or rotate merchandise.

    Delivery Hours and Lead Time

    Local Delivery Zone: Delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Enjoy deliveries as soon as the next business day within our local delivery areas when you place your order online by 3 p.m. Orders can be scheduled for a future delivery date up to 5 business days from order placement.     Holidays

    Costco Business Centres observe the following holidays:

    • New Year's Day
    • Family Day
    • Good Friday
    • Easter Sunday
    • Victoria Day
    • Canada Day
    • Labour Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

    On these holidays, Costco Business Centres are closed and delivery is not available. If your delivery should fall on one of these days, it will be rescheduled for the next available delivery day. Due to expected high-order volume following a holiday, delivery of your order may be delayed. In that case, you will be contacted by a Member Service Representative accordingly. When scheduling your delivery date, please be aware of any upcoming holidays that may delay your order.

    On all other holidays, we will be open and delivering orders. If a delivery is scheduled and your business will not be open, please call Member Service at 1-866-455-1846 to adjust your delivery day. There may be a redelivery charge if we arrive at your business and no one is there to receive the order.
